I don’t think I could ever put into words just how amazing this vet clinic is. I have had my fair share in vet clinics all across the triangle, but by far 5-Points takes the cake, not only do they have the most pristine facilities, care for your pet as their own (truly, I am not just saying that as cliché as it sounds), but the staff takes this clinic to the next level with their clear deep passion and dedication to their work. We have brought our dog to them since the day we brought her home, we ended up moving out of town and going to a clinic near by our house- it didn’t take us long before we decided not only for our dogs sake but ours, to make the trek to 5-Points for all of our veterinary needs no matter the distance. You’ll be met with a kind warm smile at the door, friendly and the most knowledgeable staff from start to finish who truly care about your family. Phone calls are always treated with the same care and kindness you’d receive in clinic making any emergency or question loads less stressful. You simply cannot go anywhere other than 5-Points, for your furbabies sake but also your own.

We’ve been bringing our boxer-lab mix to 5 Points Animal Hospital for a while now, and they’ve been wonderful every single time. Our pup struggles with seasonal allergies and recurring ear infections, and the team here always finds effective treatment plans that bring real relief. We were in again today, and she’s already feeling so much better—back to enjoying her walks & naps without any discomfort. Everyone is kind, thorough, and truly cares about helping pets feel their best. Couldn’t ask for a more trusted vet team!

Absolutely nice vet. The doctor was really nice with my fur babies and I felt very welcomed. Plenty of parking and fair prices.

Let me just say- I have moved away and still bring my pup here. My5 year old pitty mix is scared of everything, and prone to ear infections 2-3 times a year. No matter when one strikes they will treat him, and love him as well as his family. My dog loves the staff here and trusts them (very big for him). He is always feeling better within 12 hours, and I cannot express how relieved I am every time. They have always been patient and kind to me as well. As a concerned pet owner, they have never once made me feel talked down to. The staff talks me though all of my treatment and financial options with respect and understanding. Almost everyone I have talked to here owns multiple animals and has a deep love for all their patients the same as their own. If you really want the best experience all around in fuquay, it’s here.

Dr Kevin and Staff are amazing. Especially Dr Kevin and one of his assistants (a women with an arm tattoo) we are just crazy for her and him. Dr Kevin, no matter how busy always gives your Pet the time and attention they deserve, makes you feel like Family and doesn’t suggest things like Teeth Cleaning unless it’s absolutely necessary—which I appreciate. My Dogs love him and the staff is so good. We have found our forever Vet home !

We couldn’t be happier with the care our five dogs receive at this clinic. Finding a veterinary team we truly trust is not easy, but from our very first visit, we knew this place was something special. The entire staff is compassionate, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They treat each of our dogs as individuals, taking the time to understand their personalities, needs, and any concerns we have. We never feel rushed, and every question is answered with genuine care and professionalism. One of our dogs had surgery here, and the care before, during, and after the procedure was outstanding. They kept us informed every step of the way and made a stressful situation so much easier. More recently, another one of our dogs became sick, and again, the team was incredible, quick to respond, attentive, and truly supportive. What really says a lot is that we’re willing to travel a longer distance just to come here, that’s how much we value their service. The level of attention, kindness, and expertise they provide is absolutely worth it. If you’re looking for a veterinary clinic that truly goes above and beyond, this is the one. We’re so grateful to have found them and wouldn’t trust anyone else with our dogs.

Moved to NC recently, was not happy with the first vet office I found which was lucky for me because 5 Point was recommended and they are wonderful. Front desk, the tech and Dr Julia were so friendly and took their time getting to know my dog. And even though it was a routine visit I received a call the next day checking on her. Highly recommend.

We are very particular about care for our dogs and have total trust in 5-Points. It is a true partnership between staff, pet, and owner and we cannot say enough about how amazing the staff are. We usually see Dr. Julia and Megan and love them, but all are outstanding. They accommodate our entry/exit to minimize stress on our dog, are clear about chronic condition care options, refer when appropriate and truly love our dogs, and are very responsive to calls. Costs are very reasonable. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience at 5-Points Animal Hospital. Every person I came into contact with was so kind and helpful. They made sure to answer every question I had very informativly but were not pushy in regards to certain treatment paths. I also greatly appreciated how the costs of everything was shared in advance so that I wasn't blindsided at the end of the visit. This was a great first experience with the care team and I will definitely be returning!

Thank you, 5-Point Animal Hospital: the best in/around Fuquay-Varina and Raleigh! I cannot say enough good things about 5-Point Animal Hospital. Dr. Kevin, along with veterinary technicians Kelsey and Becca, provided outstanding, compassionate care while helping me urgently secure USDA-certified health certificates for international travel. Their professionalism, efficiency, and genuine concern made it possible for my cat to fly with me overseas from Raleigh-Durham—right on time. In a high-stress situation, they were calm, supportive, and truly exceptional. I’m incredibly thankful. Pierogi and I deeply appreciate the tender loving care shown to him. Thanks to Dr. Kevin, this amazing tag-team, and everyone who works at 5PAH!
